The Chrysler Group has hit a major milestone; three million 3.6L Pentatstar V6 engines have been made to date. Since the 3.6-litre Pentastar V-6 was launched in model-year 2011, Trenton has combined with Chrysler Group’s Saltillo South Engine Plant (Saltillo, Mexico) to produce approximately 1 million 3.6-litre V-6 engines per year, or one every six minutes.
