Morning, Internetland. This is Travis, coming at you on behalf of Redwater Dodge. Today, we’re going to be going over some of our pre-owned inventory. Parked behind me is something extra special. We’ve got a 2012 Dodge Challenger R/T. Now, first thing you’re going to notice is the specific colour. This is the Jazz Blue, very few of these were made and you see even fewer on the road.
Look at the front here, they stayed true to the original Dodge Challenger look with the fishbowl style lenses here. You’ve got the original Challenger grille here with the R/T emblem. Take a step down here, they continued the grille. Underneath, equipped with the big, bright fog lamps as well. We do have the ports here on the Challenger as well to give the hood a little pop. You’ve got the HEMI emblem as well.
We’ll take a look under the hood. You’re looking at Dodge’s famous 5.7L V8 HEMI motor. Just under 400 horsepower, approximately 400 lb-ft of torque. Very easy to read motor and you’ve got your dipstick there, windshield washer fluid, battery terminals and fuses. Incredibly easy to read.
You’ve got your brand new Goodyear Eagle F1 rubber on 20-inch Dodge Challenger rims. I like how they put the Jazz Blue on the mirrors, it’s almost like a teardrop-style mirror. Looks very original. It’s got keyless entry as well as proximity entry, as well as remote start. You can lock and unlock the vehicle with the push of a button.
Look on the inside. You’ve got your ribbed leather seats there. You’ve got that beautiful Mopar shifter, hands-free Bluetooth, large Uconnect touchscreen and Sirius satellite radio capabilities. It’s got a few of the Carbon fibre accents, Paddle shifters, cruise control, Power seats and sunroof as well.
This car is a coupe with beautiful pinstriping and the R/T here. You’ve got your chrome-clad fuel cap. Come around to the rear. Big bright dual exhaust, one huge taillight strip. You’ve got the auto trunk as well; you just hit twice with the key fob. It unlocks and pops the trunk open for you. You’re not going to have to worry about hobbling around, trying to find the button. Self-lined, you’re not going to have to worry about anything getting scratched up; it’s not the box of a truck. It also comes fully-equipped with a car cover.
